Volunteer Makes Quilts for BCHS Cats

Pam Secrist has been thinking about the adoptable cats at the Bradford County Humane Society for quite some time. She has been making and donating small quilts for the cats that get adopted.

Each time a cat finds a new home, the adopter gets to choose a quilt of various colors and designs to take home for that kitty.

"We are so thankful to Pam for making these quilts for our cats. The new owners love to pick one out at the time of adoption. It gives a nice touch for these cats finding their forever homes," states Jennifer L. Spencer, BCHS Executive Director.

If you would like to volunteer at BCHS or have an idea of a craft that might benefit the animals, call 570-888-2114.
