Once a month, a representative from the Bradford County Humane Society brings an animal from their shelter to visit the residents at the Sayre Personal Care Home.
In November, the BCHS Director, Jennifer L. Spencer, brought her dog Grace who was adopted from BCHS. Grace was born without front legs but doesn't know any different and gets along very well. The residents were happy to meet Grace and hear her story.
"We love visiting residents at the Sayre Personal Care home and bringing happiness into their lives," stated Spencer.
BCHS visits seven various personal care homes and nursing homes in Bradford and Sullivan Counties.
